AccoDance Lab.の活動/Activities
週1回のレギュラークラス
毎週月曜日のクラスでは基礎トレーニングを含めたスキルアップと、 作品が生まれるまでの「プロセス」そのものを楽しみ、探究します。
Foundation & Research (土台と探究)
解剖学に基づいた身体の使い方や、フロアワーク、重心移動などの基本を丁寧に見直します。自身の身体と深く向き合い、揺るぎない表現のベースを築き上げます。
Creative Experiment（実験）
インプロビゼーション（即興）を取り入れ、その場で新しい動きの可能性を試作したり、パートナリングやフォーメーションの試行を通じて、作品創りに必要な経験値を高めます。そこで生まれた動きがそのまま作品のマテリアル（素材）となることもあり、「創作の瞬間」を共有します。

Weekly Regular Class Every Monday: Focus on foundational skills and the creative process of choreography.
- Foundation & Research Anatomy-based alignment, floor work, and weight shifts. Build a solid base for expression.
- Creative Experiment Improvisation, partnering, and formations. Experience the raw moments of creation.

ここでの「実験」をきっかけに、実際の作品化・舞台発表へと繋げていきます。参加希望者を募ったり、オーディションやピックアップを経て、様々な形で希望する皆さんに機会が巡り実現できるよう、企画してまいります。情報はプロジェクトでご確認ください。

「Lab.」の一員として、共に新しい表現を創り出していくメンバーを随時募集しています。
AccoDanceの活動に賛同し、共に活動を楽しめる方をお待ちしています。 以下の条件のうち、いずれか1つでも該当する方が対象です。
- コンテンポラリーダンス歴が2年以上ある方
- 冨川亜希子、または阿部沙耶のクラスを半年以上継続して受講されている方
- Lab.メンバーからの推薦がある方

ダンステクニックのレベルも大切ですが、それ以上に「心に響く演技ができる」「言葉にできない魅力がある」といった、あなた自身の表現力と、実験を共に楽しめる主体的な姿勢を歓迎します。
技術の優劣だけではない、一人ひとりの感性が交差（Crossed）する場所として皆様のご参加をお待ちしています。

Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in contemporary dance.
Our Mindset Beyond technical skills, we value expressive dancers who can perform from the heart and enjoy the process of experimentation. We welcome your unique individuality and active participation.
